As demand increased, Trudie Moraschi joined to lead administration and bring structure to the operation. With a strong bookkeeping and organisational background, she helped professionalise the business — improving scheduling, communication, and the overall customer experience

Metal roofing licence + first office
Lee attained his metal roofing licence, expanding the capability of the business and increasing the scope of projects Moraschi could deliver. The first formal office opened at McKellar Shopping Centre, and the team grew with additional staff and stronger internal systems.

The business relocated to Queanbeyan and continued to scale. With a stronger operational base, Moraschi expanded the team — including dedicated office staff, supervisors and trusted subcontractors — and added delivery capability to support consistent project delivery across residential and commercial sites.
