What we did
The Olea development in Gungahlin is a large residential apartment complex consisting of 125 units. Moraschi Roofing delivered the roofing and architectural cladding installation across the development.
The project incorporated multiple cladding systems including standing seam and flat panel architectural cladding. Due to the scale of the project, installation required staged coordination with construction teams to ensure efficient progress across the development. The completed roofing and façade systems provide both structural performance and a modern architectural finish.
